19 March– Book singing and a talk at Pushkin House with Alissa Timoshkina and Zuza Zak discussing Slavic food and identity. Followed by a wine and canapés reception.
29 March– Salt & Time supper club series: Olia Hercules. A first of many in a series where Alissa Timoshkina collaborates with her favourite women in food industry to create intimate dining experiences inspired by the dishes from Salt&Time. Olia Hercules is a trailblazing Ukrainian chef who introduced flavours of Eastern Europe to the West. Together, they will explore their shared experience of growing up in the Soviet Union and create dishes that are at once nostalgic and bang up to date!
